I would love some advice on grating ginger. I find it to be a huge pain and haven't been having my turmeric milk bc I am avoiding it. What do you guys do??

You can also buy little jars of pre-minced ginger - I've seen them at Whole Foods! Fresh is best, of course, but sometimes I get tired of grating the ginger as well 🙈. But otherwise - Microplane all the way. Does the job very nicely.

I don't grate at all - just chop a few thin pieces off and pop them in...

I wizz some up in a mini chopper/processor on the Sunday for the week and pop it in a little jar in the fridge. It's a lot finer than grating so I don't get lumps or bits.

I use a microplane. Love it for grating ginger and nutmeg etc.

I think I will just have to do it for the whole week. I just find time consuming. It's not particularly difficult. Thanks for the advice everyone!!

Use a micro plane grater - will grate it with ease! The fresher the Ginger the easier to grate.

I prep some for the whole week and store it in the fridge. Get it over with and it keeps alright.

I use a fine grater, like you would use for Parmesan, I use it for garlic too.

I use a little grater that's flat and so it's much easier to grate from the root! X
