Well the first week started well, felt awful mid week - headaches, bad tummy and tired! But by yesterday morning I had definitely got a Glow and felt on top of the world! I even had a glass of red wine last night! My body is in agony though - but nothing new there as I got to a HIIT class twice a week and a YogaFit class twice at my local gym, I managed to squeeze in workout A and the stretchy yoga Sunday πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌI'm just hoping that I'll stick to this completely as I seem to have bags of energy and positivity at the moment!!! Thank you Maddie and Shona 😘😘😘
