Just wondering if anyone else finds the portion of porridge on the large side. Also, would it be ok to add a small amount of maple syrup?

Hello lovely, the portion sizes are dietician approved and all full of goodness. But listen to your body and give it what it needs if you feel full then stop xx

50g of oats is right size according to my dietician but I find the milk was for large

I do find it too much for me. I have about 30g. As for the maple syrup I'm not sure. Maybe the raw honey?
