My right shoulder really hurts from all the push ups. Any tipps what could help? I do not really want to stop working out as I am afraid I will get lazy again 🙈

If the muscle is tight try using a tennis ball to release it. Just lie on it. Works a treat.

Hello lovely, just take it easy to recover the muscles. Don't push through the pain listen to your body and get back to it when you feel better. You can just do another exercise that doesn't hurt your shoulder xx

What part of the shoulder hurts? The joints and tendons or the trap muscles?
