with lots of different people from young mums to people with anxiety and mood disorders to children. anyway very long message but just trying to say things happen for a reason and your health and happiness is the most important thing. just try and be patient and kind with yourself until things start getting a little easier x

I think anyone who is doing this programme is on a journey to become their happier healthier self . Which is so difficult when such a huge part of your life is getting you down. I literally was in the same boat. Even the thought of going into work gave me severe anxiety. I was off sick for a few weeks and decided to hand in my notice. At the same time I was volunteering for a local charity baking ng which I found eased the stress. so I decided to throw myself into that. I ended up working with different women who were also struggling with their own personal issues. I now have my own range of home baked goods which are sold in their shappy chic charity shop and am currently applying for funding for a bake therapy class in which I will be working

Sending positive happy vibes your way Jenny! I spent many years very unhappy at work and the work load and stress lead to a breakdown last February. I am pleased to say those days have passed but I know the importance of finding outlets for pent up feelings and not letting them crush your mojo. I hope the week starts to look up for you! Liking the advice ladies! I'm generally but not in a good place with work and can't really change things, so I share your blue feelings Jenny.
I try to focus on the good things (health, family, the fact I have a job) and try to talk myself round. X

I know this may sounds a bit naff but after seeing a hypnotherapist she encourage me to make a list of good things that happened in the day, either write it down or make a note in your phone. it can be the smallest think that makes you smile or feel good. Just by acknowledging that feeling make your serotonin (I think these are the good feeling hormones) increase. You'll be amazed how better you feel as your not concentrating on the crappy negitive stuff we all deal with. It does take a bit of practice but I find it really helpful as it grounds me to the 'now' and makes me appreciate what I have. Also I've noticed that I also effect people around me and I'm much more positive and they seem to feed of that vibe (I know it's sounds a bit hippy) and it has a ripple effect. I've also found my self saying Just Thank you to compliments without adding a negative comments., this has been really hard to do as we are conditioned to turn a positive comments it something bad, for example 'saying how glowing and health I look (Yeay glow guides) I would have immediately replied with Oh no I look terrible and list off the reasons why. Now I say thank you that's lovely of you to say ( and added it to my happy list!!!)

I've been feeling the same recently ๐Ÿ’› taking time to myself and trying to switch off from work when I finish (if I can!) helps me, not always possible but even a 20 minute bath calms my mind a bit โœจ xx

I love the plan! The food, exercise, yoga etc. That's not what's getting me down! My work life on the other hand is....! It's interfering with my glow ๐Ÿ˜ข
