Day 2. Having my lunch a bit early. Still feeling rubbish but looking forward to each of my meals which is a huge plus. I've burnt myself out recently, any tips on how to get myself back to normal!? Aside from following this of course

Thank you xxxx I keep trying, I just have zero energy and can't seem to get it back! I'm definitely going to schedule in some more time for meditation xx

Meditate and schedule in 'you time' where you can do something you love and reconnect with yourself for a bit - best advice given to me by my mum xxx
