Hey Guys! A lot of you have commented about the recipe in Week 3 for Sesame and Almond Balls. I've been experimenting in my kitchen and I have reposted the recipe which now uses desiccated coconut and ground almonds.
I know a lot of you will have already bought your shopping list so please do include the other items into your meal - I love adding nuts to salads and curries! It's been great seeing your recreations so keep them coming, it's so inspiring.

I've gone with two tbsp tahini and 2 of almond butter and is about right

Oh haha fab, I read that receipt again this evening and thought I just hadn't noticed the coconut last time! Look forward to trying again

Hi lovely, I binned last night's batch and have just made to the new recipe (with only 2 tbsp tahini to stop it being too bitter) and it was really wet so I added an extra 50g desiccated coconut and it's still like a paste 🙈 not sure where I'm going wrong. xx
