Also - what are the workouts like? How often do you do it and do you add other workouts in? I'm loving weights at the minute and not sure I want to stop them.

Hi Sian Jack, would OH do it with you? I started the plan yesterday and bought double the ingredients so hubby can eat with me- early days but so far he's loving the food (although he did sneak a pitta bread with his salad today!)

I really do need to get on it! The idea of cooking multiple meals is off putting with the OH doing his own plan thing. But I do think it's the right balance of what I'm looking for!
