What is your take on fruit? I like eating fruits as a snack but noticed that you recommend more fatty and protein rich snacks (which I totally support btw)! What is your stance on half a grapefruit in the morning and a fruit for dessert? Can't wait to start!

Hey babe there isn't much fruit in the programme as it's designed to cut out a lot of sugar (even the fab natural type!) xx
