So, my attempt at The Crow movement in Wk4 Yoga was mortifyingly embarrassing! 😳😬 ~ practice, practice, practice! Oh dear. Anyone have any tips, bar practice?! Have to giggle.

Been practicing this in yoga for almost a year now it's my yogi nemesis, not going to give up though ! Keep practicing 😬
