Am I the only person who can't do a push up, even on my knees? Struggling so much to do anything push up wise or in plank position so finding the workouts so difficult! Gonna keep pushing through, fingers crossed I'll get stronger and it'll get easier!! xxx

Haha no I still can't do them, my whole body shakes. Did a bit too much didn't listen to my body and dos to much and it's taken me 3 days of agony to be able to sit down without wanting to scream!

Hey lovely push up love/haters! Trust me, we've all been there! Strength takes the longest to develop, and the speed of development t can really depend on your genetics, stress levels, food intake, recovery time ... It's not as simple as doing a few workout. In most cases a minimum of three months in required to really develop the skill. That information is not supposed to dishearten you, but instead motivate you. Just know that every workout is getting you closer, I promise. Stick with it.

Hey, don't stress took me four weeks, found the whole exercise thing a little de-motivating, keep with it, I am not really into the whole High Intensity thing, very easy to hurt yourself, would rather run or swim. Xx

I'm in the fourth week and only last week was I able to do a single press-up! 💪

Clairea- phew, I'm not the only one! Going slowly does seem to help but I still can't get it! I'm sure we'll get there in the end ♡♡

Michole- Yeah, I've tried the box press ups but just can't get it.. I've never been able to do them! One day, hopefully ♡♡

No you are not alone-I find them so hard! I did fewer reps at a slower pace and that seemed more manageable. Hopefully our strength will build soon...!
