Fresh Fruit is fine. But the dried fruit limit how much u eat.

Thanks so much Jen :) what you say is so true. I've spent years being obsessed by things. What I should and shouldn't eat! It's so consuming. Xx

After 10 years of anorexia I have recovered this year and I completely understand where your coming from. There is so much confusion out there about what we should or shouldn't be eating. I often panic about getting too obsessed over things. Should I eat meat or not? Should I eat grains or not? Should I eat dairy or not? And I think at the end of the day it all comes back to everything in moderation. I eat chicken or fish every day now, I eat lots of vegetable, I eat about 3-4 fruit per day. Healthy grains, natural yogurt, a little cheese, nuts and seeds and the occasional treat as well and I think that's the way to go. Have what your body wants. Lots of people are getting so caught up in so many trends, eg vegenism , paleo, gluten and dairy free when actually there is no evidence any of these are superior to a healthy balanced diet. So enjoy your fruit your fine hunny X

I need to have something in my system before my evening workouts. So I usually opt for a banana or an apple with a TBS of almond butter.
I find it quite satisfying and it stops me from eating all the chocolate that's constantly in my face at work! 🙊

better to snack on healthy sugars such as fruit than risk falling for chocolate or other nasties!

Just feeling a tad confused with what's good and what's not etc with regards to sugar...?! Some say don't snack in fruit as its high in sugar others say do. Having recovered from eating disorders in conscious not to get obsessed but finding it really hard... 😢
