Ugh after a hard day at school then work! Just got home and about to have dinner now! Do you think it is okay to skip workout tonight? Feel like a failure 😔

No failure here!
It's ok if you miss a day. As Maddie said, it's important to listen to your body. Don't beat yourself up over it. Really it's ok. Some days will be better than others, and on those not so great days.....Take it.....Own it and put it behind you.
Trust me we have all been there at some point. So you're not alone.

No failure,never :) if you feel a bit better after dinner,may try to just squeeze in the warm up,followed by the core section for a gentle workout or 1 or 2 circles instead of four😊
