I hate nightshift. I never know what or when to eat, especially healthily... I usually just fuel myself with sugar.

any ideas??

thankfully it's just me up but I just crave sugar the whole time.... only one and a half to go!! 😊

Plus everyone always wants to get a takeaway onnights! first night is so odd because you've already ate all your meals for the day. I'm going supplied with pretend treat protein balls and a shake. Best of luck! I feel your pain 😁

The almond and date balls when I need that hit of sweetness and sugar with a strong tea to keep me going.. Only problem one not enough! Kale crisps are good too

glad to know it's not just me!! I've prepped some overnight oats, that and some hummus/veg should get me through

Oh god greggs!! Oh how I miss them. Every time I come home, I have to get one of their sausage rolls!!!
But I digress... Got to keep this healthy hahah 😀😀
And I agree about the sleeping! So weird!

Might try that tonight, thanks! There's a greggs baker in my town and i'vr stopped many a morning on the way home for a bacon roll and a cup of tea....

I always sleep better after a nightshift than I do when I sleep at night.... so weird.

Try a savoury snack like the hummus with some veggies. Or the date balls and a yoghurt. I hate doing nights so I feel your pain. 😩
The hospital where I used to work had a 24 hr bagel place right next door! And of course I had to eat one every night shift! 🙄😂
