Maddie, really struggling this week (am in week 4) feel totally trained and sapped of energy and am desperate for something to give me energy. Is this normal? How do I shake it off? Seem to have lost the glow. Feeling very unmotivated.

Hi I am feeling exactly the same. Still eating well but so tired and struggling to exercise this week. Sounds like we are not alone and it will pass. Here's to week 5!!!!

Hey babe we all have days like that, but try not to get down and disheartened you're doing so well!! Have a rest today and see how you feel tomorrow, try not to worry about it we all go through different emotions during transformations it's really normal xx

don't worry I kind of feel the same way..I am feeling very tired but I am sticking to my food plan.not exercising as much until I have energy.... exercise can come later.....in the last 4 weeks...don't give up push through... And I am sure you still have the glow...

Hi there!
Try not to dwell on it too much. Some weeks will be better than others. Try to stay positive and not focus on what you can't achieve and focus on what you have so far 😊
Take this time to rest and recover.
If this week isn't going so well. Just repeat it next week.

Hi Gorgeous Week 4 , if it is any help I feel exactly the same, I think because we have come so far & are now half way , it feels like such an enormous journey. I am taking a break from the exercise video's and have gone back to my usual exercise, even played tennis in the freezing cold ! Take a moment, look after yourself, you have come so far ! Keep strong, keep Glowing. And let's take on week 5 ! 😘😘😘😘
