Can we add turmeric to hot water and lemon instead of milk? Just seems like a lot of extra milk? X

I don't have it in milk anymore, try with hot water, lemon and grated ginger

Just all seems a bit heavy. I really want to keep going with it as I think it's doing me good (I had a week off it and my tummy was not as good). Just wondered if there was another was to have the turmeric? X

Think it's part of the calcium intake for the programme. X
