Sorry for slightly negative post, but Feeling really disheartened this week as I've fallen off the waggon big big time. Feeling horrible and bloated and urgh need some motivation big time. Can just about wake up in the mornings as had chaotic couple of weeks and let it all get to me! 😩 help! Feel like re starting from week one again! Xx

Maira it's ok to feel this way - I dropped off at week 3. Between work and school it became really difficult to stick to the program. Instead I've adapted it to my schedule. Eating clean and fitting in the workouts and meditations where I can and I feel amazing. It's just about keeping that beautiful mentality of nourishing your body. One day at a time ❤️
