Starting week 5 but not following program fully yet as training for a marathon and I find the food not substantial enough. I pick and mix recipes from previous week as well as the book. As for exercise, I try to do as much yoga as I can but not as often as I want too... I am planning to follow the whole program fully once my marathon is over!

I am starting week two!! I feel so great after week one, just need more focus on work outs! Looking forward to seeing how I feel after this week :)

Have just achieved week 2. I will be travelling abroad the whole of next week so week 3 will be week after this one. I still want to exercise every day at the hotel and find healthy options to eat. So that will be my challenge for this week. I am actually looking forward to it. It will be different from cooking everyday at home.

Starting week 2. I loved my 1st week. I had 2 people say I looked slimmer in the face and my legs within a few days felt lighter! Adored the yoga. I have missed it a lot and it feels amazing to stretch my body and make it feel alive! Thx Maddy.. I'm excited about week 2 xx
