Hi everyone! Just coming to the end of week 2 and feeling great! Week 1 recipes were amazing! Week 2 I struggled with as I've been changing the days around which doesn't work for me! Back on the plan next week! Sticking to the exercise but finding some of the yoga poses super hard! Motivating myself by buying lots of lovely gym wear! The high street is full of lovely pieces which make me feel good as I workout. This is my first community post but can't wait to get more involved! Would also love to hear about more of Maddie's events for the glow squad! xx

Same here too! Coming to the end of week 2 and although I haven't stuck to the plan religiously I'm feeling so much more energetic! Well done girlies 😘😘

Same here! Just picked up some great workout clothes at h&m 😊 I always feel stronger when wearing nice outfits rather than worn out old t-shirts!

I'm at the end of week 2 too and I pretty much followed the same pattern. I switched some of the recipes this week, had the sea bass at the beginning of the week to avoid four fish dishes in a row, didn't have the beef stew as I don't eat beef and another recipe I didn't like, plus I am having less eggs for breakfast. But I replaced with good alternatives and leftovers from last week that I had frozen. I treated myself with a couple of new yoga gear treats too.... Because we deserve it 😉 . My BF gives me lots of compliments, I think he is amazed of my new healthy, glowy lifestyle 😇
