Hi maddie I wanted to post a question for tonight's q and a. I suffer from IBS and thought sauerkraut would help settle my tummy down and stop me going to the loo about 10 times a day (sorry for the grossness). But it has seemed to make things worse when j have tried it in the past, I seem to end up going more often than I am already? Should I try to persist or not? X X

Welcome, this has been one of the best choices I have made. I am starting week 5 today. I find the app really works for me, having the support and encouragement from the Glow Squad really motivates me. I have tried new foods and found a love for cooking again. I have also lost 12lbs since starting which is amazing and loving the yoga. I really can't thank Madeleine enough I am looking forward to the rest of the plan and continuing this life changing journey. 👍

Totally agree with missdomm, not about restriction. All about eating really well and moving more. Simple but very effective 😝 enjoy week 1 newbies xx

Me too started early hours as dos a night shift last night. The avocado on rye bread was so good! Just had roast chicken.
