Cooked up a storm tonight as I have loads of time in the kitchen due to not being able to do much else cos of a groin strain. I guess I'm still not 100% there with my relationship with food. Although I am eating my meals I feel guilty inside as I am not able to exercise so almost feel like I am going to loose all my muscle tone and my hard work I have done with my training. Almost like I don't deserve unless I have worked out. This is still something I need to work on and accept that I deserve and need enough food for my body and exercise does not control my intake. Il get there X

Taking some time off exercise will help your body to recover and grow. It may feel the opposite is happening but you will feel stronger and nourished. All the best. Tam

Don't feel guilty, you need food to recover & just to function! Exercise again when you're well. Your food always looks amazing 😍 enjoy it xxx
