Any one have any advise on how to stay positive in negative or difficult situations? Especially around negative people. I'm loving the diet and exercise and making a conscious effort to surround myself with a positive environment. It really is making such a difference. However sometimes it's not always possible. Any thoughts glow girlies?

I agree with all the comments. The way I save myself from being too affected by negative people is to imagine I'm in a bubble when talking to them which can't let the negative energy in. Still means you can support people but it helps save you against that negative vibe. Sounds a bit crazy but works for me :) x

I always try and remember that the negative people are negative because life may not have been kind, they might not have had the same love and laughter etc. What they say is about more about themselves. Negative people project their own issues onto others. I think it's a balance of trying to remember this.... But also realising that it can take up your own energy and to make sure you balance that with time around positive people also.

Hi Morglow I had to let go off negative energy people those who are negative about the way I eat I don't need that in my recovery. I call healthy lifestyle rather than diet otherwise it would not be enjoyable and I love it. Going well in. This programme keep going

My best advice would be to not let the negativity soak in. We women can be true sponges. I have said that many times but you've got to know who you want to be and stand by it without letting negative circumstances affect it too much. We always need to be wary to not let outside negative situations take the best of us. For example it can be when bad weather affects your mood negatively. It doesn't have to be. You can't change the weather but you can react to it in the best positive way possible, and even appreciate it for what it is, also knowing that it is not permanent and that the sun shines above. Negative situations can also be great teachers; it can be hard to see that but it can show you for example who you do not want to be. But overall try to avoid negative people and surround yourself with like-minded positive ones. There is a law of attraction - positive builds more positive. I know some situations can be hard or seem impossible but nothing is set into stone. And you can drive your own life - you are in the driver seat, don't be in the passenger one. It is your life X

Oh! Sending positive hugs, just never feel bad for having bad moments/days and take time for you. I always find it helps to sit in a quiet spot (sometimes the loo when at work 😂) and breath - reminding myself that I am good enough and that I can handle this. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Deep breaths and remember that negative people are item in their own turmoil they they are trying to vet come. Have patience and be as kind as you can to them. I find that has helped me in the past as a friend, co worker and personally too recognising why at times Ive been a negative person! Hope this helps X
