Had a massive rugby tournament this weekend in Doha and one thing I find when I have these tournaments ( I play 7s so it's 4 matches in one day) is eating I find it so hard to eat the right thing at the right time and that's if I feel like I can eat at all! Any ideas what I can have to keep energy up that's light, easy to chuck in a gear bag but on plan do to speak?
