Guys! Short question for all the great bakers: I want to make a mallorquin almond cake! Actually the recipe is quiet healthy,but it calls for 250g of Sugar-would you think I could just substitute it with the same amount of dates/date paste? Because if I use Honey or maple syrup maybe the batter becomes too runny? Would love your advice!❤️
