Have really struggled with my weight, so have decided to not 'give up' sugar but choose not to have it. I'm day 4 and already my stomach has become flatter I feel much better and am actually sleeping more than 4 hours a night! Really hope I can keep going now! Have a fab day all ☀️

If u crave fizzy drinks have sparkling water . If want sweetness to your hot drinks stevia or xylitol and to bake with coconut sugar, honey or maple syrup , hope that helps
