
Happy Sunday everyone. thoroughly enjoyed week 1 and delighted to say i have lost 5lbs. thank you all for your encouragement and motivating posts. Just wondering if it would be ok to add some roast chicken to this evening's meal...I'm a stickler for a roast on a Sunday!

I had it without meat /chicken and it was really filling & tasty. Just adapt to suit though, the plan is really flexible xx
