What's the recommendation for snacking? What if you get hungry between meals or later at night?

I agree with you Jay. I get migraines and cannot go without food especially a bit of carbohydrate and protein for more than 3 hours. Water and fruit are not the answer for me. Madeleine, please advise on best snack. Thank you :)

Thanks for the advice but I do get hungry....
Will be interested to hear Madeleine's advice :-) I need to know the best thing for hunger as I cannot go to bed hungry

Sometimes you think your hungry when in fact your thirsty I've learned that. Keep drinking water it make u full

It helps cravings but not hunger I'm afraid...not for me anyway.

Peppermint and liquorice tea helps cravings. In meal plan has protein ball. I drink water 30 mins before I eat to though I would snack on fruit myself
