Just started plan and on day 2 but have not exercised for about a year - just gave up on the workout, it's far too advanced for me. Any suggestions?

Don't give up...just do the bits you can manage. Take it at your own pace xx

Hi I was a complete couch potato before this programme, I started the first workout only managing to do 2 sets and the core. Don't worry about keeping up just focus on your form. You will get there don't be too hard on yourself, enjoy the moving and feel your heart pumping.

I can't manage the exercises . My physio is going to help me outside cos keep falling I do walking she going to help me be able to walk faster but able to be safe at same time
