I've just weighed myself and I've put on a few lbs! I'm surprised by this as I have quite a bit to lose (2 stone) and, I hate to say, disheartened. Should I make changes to what I'm doing? Eat less? I've been following the exercises and diet principles (I don't eat meat so have made substitutes). I've not eaten any refined sugars for 3 weeks.
