Ok so I'm toying with going off plan and making a couple of the week 3 buckwheat pancakes tonight for after dinner but I've have been sticking to all the recipes so far and get the feeling week 4 is our first truly sugar-free week so am conscious of using even natural sugars for sweetening the pancakes. I know it's not the end of the world having some fruit or yogurt - just want to follow this as much as possible. Does anyone have any ideas of toppings without using sugars? Would cinnamon on its own be boring? Thanks x

Hey babe coconut yoghurt is a great one without sugar! Cinnamon is lovely but good fruits are berries they're low GI! Xx
