hello all, getting near half term and I'm flagging a little. Need a little pick me up. deviated from porridge this am and had my favourite ...poached eggs and avocado. To be honest I'm struggling a little with the milk so I have hot water, apple cider vinegar and a squeeze of hunny. Any suggestions of how to fit in the tumeric? so impressed with you all so that's what keeps me going.
