Ok guys I'm pretty embarrassed to post this but I really want to see if anyone has any ideas. I like to think I am a clean , hygienic person, I always have been. However for the past 8 months I have had 3 verrucas on the sole of my foot (cringe , embarrassed saying this), and I can't seem to get rid of them, I have tried bazzuca stuff, I have kept my feet super clean but they won't go? Anyone got any tips. Once again sorry for the gross post , I promise I am a clean person 😳

Bleeding and sore (not too much!) is a good thing as it triggers immune response.
Be patient -takes a while 😘

Thank you so much. I get really embarrassed about them. There is the hard skin over them but if I try to get it off they bleed and get really sore. Il give your suggestions a try, thank you X X

Hiya
I'm a podiatrist so verrucae are a part of my job. Not gross don't worry.
They are a virus and will go on their own eventually. Over the counter products rarely work but a good one to try is Glutarol. Don't file them like all treatments say though as they spread. If you have hard skin over them either pick it off or see a podiatrist to remove it.
You are basically trying to get your body to create an immune reaction with any treatment as generally the body doesn't recognise verrucae on the foot as the skin is thick. Duct tape is another good treatment - just google 'duct tape for verrucae.' Failing that see a podiatrist for stronger acid or freezing.
If you do nothing though they will go eventually.
Good luck xx
