This probably sounds a bit odd to share on here but today would be the day our little girl turned 1. I've suffered from recurrent miscarriage and am unsuitable for IVF. So I turned to this plan for a clean approach to living. I want to be as healthy as possible both mentally and physically and feel the meditation and holistic approach this plan and community offer is fantastic. On my due date last year I dreaded it I was eating terribly and not taking care of myself but today I have clarity. I am a stronger person in many ways. Taking time to invest in myself again has been wonderful. I've also started acupuncture treatment which is fantastic for anyone going through similar problems. I didn't want this post to sound like
Mumsnet but instead of dreading today I've got through it feeling calm and accepting.

Thank you and keep up the good work everyone!!

Thank you all for sharing your stories - it can be very lonely but together we can be strong!

What I find comforting about this community is it isn't wallowing in our pain but moving forward in a positive way for us and our future babies.

Hope you all find some peace and what you are looking for in life. Thank you for all the support xx

I really wish you the best and I am really touched by all your stories. This week I am back to the place where I had a miscarriage last year. I was very apprehensive to go back there. It was a year ago. I can't avoid thinking I would have loved so much getting pregnant since then. I can't believe it's been a year already.
But I believe it will happen. When I had the miscarriage, I ended up in a German hospital as I needed an operation. My anaesthetist told me he understood my pain as his wife had had four miscarriages. He said his wife as hard as it was for her always had a positive attitude. She thought that if it happened that meant something was wrong with the baby and it was better if it ended. They still had children in the end.
I am in a very different mindset this year. I feel good and calm with myself. The change of diet I find is very positive. I am totally convinced it will help. This plus acupuncture has already produced good benefits for me. I have suffered from migraines for 12 years and last month I didn't have any and no major headache neither. It is big for me! I will see how it continues to evolve over the next months.
Sending you lots of love, you are doing the right thing for yourself and your future baby xxx

I joined for the same reasons. Been trying for over a year, seeing a Chinese herbalist for acupuncture and herbs and currently on my 3rd round of clomid after finding out I have PCOS.
I joined as I was getting myself down as even though I am ovulating now thanks to clomid I have other side effects which is preventing conception.
I thought a little self love might work!

Good luck to all you other ladies. You have all waited so much longer than me, it's just not fare is it!

Loving the food and the yoga especially.

Xxx

Thank you for sharing, this is what this community is all about! I have had 4 miscarriages but also 3 successful pregnancies... Sadly I lost my husband when my youngest was just 3 month old. Sometimes it is so easy to forget about caring for ourselves but joining this community and following this amazing program is s step forward. We are worth it! Keep strong and look after yourself...

I also came to the program seeking better mental and physical health. I was advised it would be a great way to show myself some kindness and compassion as I've struggled with this in the past. What better way to treat yourself than with delicious food and plenty of time to focus on yoga and mediation- it's certainly working for me so far x

Wow bless you. I went through the same. Sadly never had a child but have found strength and clarity and partly due to this plan and yoga.
