It's so encouraging to know that other people who do shift work are using the programme. I'm currently on nights and usually find it so hard to be healthy! All the advice on here is really helpful. Thanks 😀

I agree. Normally start off the night well then reach for crisps and toast that's readily available!! Got to be prepared with lots of healthy goodies is the key I think!
