Hello, I'm considering purchasing the full version, but my primary goal is losing weight. Has anyone actually lost weight so far? x

Hey I've only lost a couple of pounds but I've lost inches! So it works differently as everyone's body is different. Don't cut out or reduce the portion sizes as our bodies actually need the calories to burn fat etc. I've been doing strength training with weights at the gym and although no changes in the scale I've lost 18cm all over my body in total so it's small progress but progress :) xxx

I've always been a clean eater.I cook all my meals from scratch. Had a dry January, I have a physically demanding job and I've cut out the sweet stuff...
and I do the work outs at least 4x a week. I've cut the fats in half and made my portions smaller. Yet still nada! 🙄 my fat loves me too much to leave 😂😁

Alliepants1 I've not lost any either and desperately need to.. I love the yummy food though.. I think it's probably not keeping to the exercise with me. It's literally impossible but I'm still trying my best. I'm going to keep going with it after the 6 weeks. Need to lose about 20 lbs...

I lost 8lbs initially but put a couple back on again. I've not stuck to the exercise completely. I was so unhealthy before starting, skipping meals then eating processed rubbish. This plan has brought so much structure to my diet. Had breakfast every single day for 5 weeks which is a revelation! I was 12 stone when I started. I think it all depends on your current lifestyle and metabolism. Hope this helps. The plan has changed my eating for the better and I recommend it to everyone who needs help with structure & planning 👍👍👍

I have PCOS and an under-active thyroid (controlled through meds), which has alway made it hard to lose weight but I've still managed to lose 8lbs in 5 weeks. I am 5'3 and started off at 11st 9lbs, I'm now 11st 1lb and one happy puppy ☺️ I have a lot of love for this programme and Maddie 💕

Week 5 and I've lost 13.5lbs I've stuck rigidly to the food plan, just 3 meals and the snacks the only extra snack is of dates and cashews but that's it love my new healthy eating it's fab 🌺🌺

yes 4kg so far for me and I am over the moon with the programme. Community is so supportive and Madeleine is also here with us every step of the way....you won't regret it... life changing programme..💖
