

I've just finished a signature Glow Guides workout and my booty is feeling the burn. I've had a busy morning and got a busy afternoon so I had to schedule in a workout when I had time today and that happened to be before lunch. Now I'm going to wolf down this kale and butternut salad from week 5 of the Glow Guides meal plan 🙌🏼 has anyone else made this yet? It's smells great can't wait to tuck in!
