So I've decided I'm going to actually join now- especially as it's half term for me next week so a perfect place to start. I just have a couple of worries about the programme and me I was hoping Maddie or other glowers could help with. 1 I'm a teacher and honestly somethings I go from 7.30 til 5ish without even realising o haven't even ate or drank I know this is terrible but I genuinely don't get a single minute in the day! So worried about fitting in food in the day. Also the yoga moves my hamstrings are so tight I can honestly just get beyond my knees when trying to touch my toes so I'm worried I won't be able to do any of it 😕any advice before I buy and start on Sunday would be so appreciated ladies xxx

Hey babe!! Organisation and preparation is key!! Just use your weekends to catch cook and prepare all your meals! You can do this, I know what it's like to be so busy trust me!! But you can do this babe, I promise xxxx
