So my husband decided to eat some of my dinner last night (my days got a bit mixed up so I was having baked sweet potato, greens & corn on the cob) which means that all I've got left for today's lunch is a sweet potato! Any ideas what I could have it with? I'm in work so it would have to be something I could pick up from the little waitrose or tesco metro nearby... I'd normally go for cottage cheese but don't think that's allowed on plan is it? Would houmous taste ok with sweet potato and is that allowed? X

Cool thanks for the advice Maddie - I went for M&S houmous as the ingredients list sounded nice and natural. Next time I'll make my own though! X

Any source of good quality protein babe all the suggestions are great. Be careful of shop bought hummus, check the ingredients as it's often full of nasty ingredients xx
