Hey Glowers, I have lost my Glow-Jo a bit this week 3. Need a bit of positive energy from y'all 🙌🏻! Have been super busy working until 9pm or later with concerts/working away so have found it impossible to cook the meals for 3 days let alone the workouts all week! It is inevitable with my job that this will happen but I so wish it didn't 😞. I noticed such a big difference in how I have felt after eating badly for three days- low energy, bloated and negative mental state so was such a relief to get back on it when the time came. Does anyone else out there find it hard and have any suggestions?
Maddie, it would help hugely to have rough cooking times on the recipes...is that possible?! Lots of love Xx

Thank you, thank you, thank you. 😊Will try the chopping prep when I have some free time - then as you say, I can throw it all together quickly when on the go! That will help for sure. Feeling much more positive now with your support- You're all amazing Xx

I'm thinking this week I will prep veggies on Sunday...if they're all peeled, chopped etc. then just a case of throwing in the pan. I've got some leftover veg which I'm gonna chop and freeze too for future recipes - I would usually bin it 🙈🙊

Hi babe, you're doing so well so please don't be hard on yourself!! Could you get up a bit earlier to get the workouts in? Then use your weekends to prep all your meals so you can just throw things together in the mornings!! You can do this babe. I will keep in mind about cooking times, thanks for the feedback xx

I try to batch cook at the weekend or an evening when I have time and freeze or refrigerate. After a couple of weeks it vacant almost second nature and made a huge difference time wise.
It's hard when your so busy but most meals are fairly quick to prepare. In fact I find them quicker than many of my previous meals.
Keep smiling it will all be worth it xx
