hi all, been messing about with this as I can't do the exercise properly as I'm recovering from a broken foot. I can finally go for a walk and use my exercise bike but I can't do much else.
Been walking the last few days but with all the sitting on my butt I've been doing my body is quite stiff and generally randomly achey. Want to do yoga but cant do downward dog or warrier poses cos of foot but I've just watched the wk 1 stretchy yoga - I can do that!! So happy today but i need more pillows!!
