Hi, I 'd love to follow the 8 week programme, but am going away for a week in 2 weeks time. Not sure whether I should start doing it and have a week's break, or start from week 1 after I come back? I will not be able to follow it when away, as won't have access to a kitchen.. Does anyone have any suggestions, please? Xx

Why don't you have a trial run the next 2 weeks then start fresh and give it your all from the week you get back? That way you can prepare yourself before holiday rather than thinking "ah stuff it, diet starts after holiday" and you have a good starting place. 😊
