You can use coconut yoghurt (coyo), or full fat yoghurt just be sure that it doesn't contain any nasty ingredients. Xx

What's wrong with Soya?

No coyo is very expensive and tbh full fat natural or Greek yogurt if your not lactose intolerant is probably better for us anyway due to calcium X X

I bought that one too jenhamer but did wonder if I would be better off with Greek... I've bought it now so will use it up. Tbh I wasn't paying £3.50 for the cocyo one..

I'm gluten, dairy (casein) and soya intolerant so I can't have any of that

Madeleine says good quality organic dairy is fine so as long long as you're not lactose intolerant you can have full fat fairy yogurt.
I usually just get yeovalley Greek. It's like 0,5p

Or just have natural yogurt. There is nothing wrong with good quality dairy. It is a good source of calcium and natural yogurt is also high in protein and has no added sugar X

Coyo £3.50 in tesco . Soya causes me issues anyway but supposed to be coconut based

I don't think soya is recommended. The coconut yoghurt I bought is a dairy free one by 'coyo' it's £4! X
