Happy Valentine's Day everyone.
Sorry to not start with better news but I cooked the spinach pancakes for week 3 and I am pretty disappointed. The recipe could be lovely but the method doesn't mention how to use some of the ingredients (no mention of spinach or cumin), the pancake batter ingredients are not obvious and the biggest hurdle is probably there is no mention of the size of the frying pan you should use. I used my normal omelette pan and very obviously the quantity of the pancake batter is far too much. There is no mention you should use half of it for today and half of it for tomorrow (that would be my guess now but not sure). Half of the attempted cooked batter went to the bin which is not great and a waste of ingredients, then I have adapted the recipe to make it work.
I had seen people from the community mentioning things that were not working with this recipe before and to be honest I struggle to understand why the recipes are not corrected - especially as it is an app and not a printed cookbook. We are the first to use the app so I would see our feedback as a good source of info to correct what needs to be corrected and provide s more enjoyable experience to the ones who follow.

That was my least favorite recipe as well. I had the same problems as you. Hopefully it gets corrected soon!

Also it's for 1 portion. 2 thick pancakes for one day. Half each time and need to cook it on medium
To high heat I've learned from my friend I've been using wrong setting and knowing when to flip it

I just sautéed the spinach the second day and put the cumin in it with the mushrooms and tomatoes
