Week 4+ glow girls....what natural deodorants have you found? I'm a little nervous to shy away from my usual deodorant because I go to the gym 3 x a week and run and I sweat so need something hardy for workouts!

(And yes - the coconut oil/baking soda keeps me smelling fresh even after an intense workout. I still sweat, of course, as you will with all natural deodorants, but I'm always amazed at how well it works in the smell department).

Honestly, I just use coconut oil and baking soda - just rub in the oil, and then pat the baking soda on top. I started doing this a couple of years ago and I absolutely love it - plus it's inexpensive!

The next best thing I've tried is this, but it's expensive: http://soapwallakitchen.com/products/deodorant-cream?variant=288256202

I use the salt one every day (also you can use it with perfume as its in scented) but I use Sukin at the gym. Just because I prefer the spray version. I've also used Weleda and Neil's Yard. Sukin is slightly more economical than the others and the results are pretty similar.

Thanks! I've seen some salt ones but not sure how they'd fair in the gym. I might pop to Wholefoods tomorrow after work and see what they have in there x

I use a salt based deodorant straight after the shower and follow it with coconut oil once my skin is dry. Coconut oil smells nice and is mildly antibacterial. It won't stop sweat though! Just bad smells! Lush do a couple too...one upset my skin but the other worked well...can't recall the name but it smelled of patchouli:-) Again...no sweat control though...
