Happy Valentine's Day and happy Sunday 💚. I've just noticed tomorrow's workout needs a resistance band and I've not got myself one yet! Any ideas what else I could use for tomorrow before I pick something up- or an alternative exercise to do in place? x

Thanks girls! I found some 3kg hand weights so just used them and did the same movement - hopefully that'll do the job. I might even just stick with them - if Shona or Maddie read this and I shouldn't be doing that though let me know 🙈 x

I don't have one either,so I just continue with the V's and T's from the last weeks workouts😊
