Hi everyone , week one for me and feeling inspired by you all.
Just need a bit of advice. I have an avocado intolerance, any ideas what I can substitute it with? Thank you so much.

Thank you guys. I am for sure going to try all your suggestions. My main concern was the good fat intake , but happy to see my other options.
Now off to do some shopping list amendements 😉.

I also like tahini, chopped beetroot and walnuts together as a spread/dip X

Great suggestions guys, you could try with a handful of nuts to get some good fats and vitamin e in!! Or some extra veggies would be amazing xx

Hey Aylin! Maybe some mashed sweet potato or hummus (maybe try different flavours like beetroot or sundried tomato...) when you need mashed avocado!
When you need it in pieces maybe some cooked beetroot or khaki or squash? I would just experiment a bit😀 hope that helps!
