Look at the colours 😍 buckwheat noodles salmon with a few added extra colours. And a chickpea flatbread on the side. Starting to think I may be eating too much veg at each meal, constantly suffering from bad flatulance and tummy bloating and gas. I am not intolerant to anything as I have been tested but a dietician mentioned to me if you eat too many different veg at one meal it is a lot of your gut to work through? Anyone Rlse had something similar. I love my veggies though 😬

Hummus is on there too, a nice dollop. Yep and I had it with lunch too lol. I just made the recipe up to be honest, chickpea flour, a little coconut flour, avocado oil, garlic, paprika, water and then topped with olives and cooked in the oven. Maybe il ask maddie in a q and a session some time if it's too much X X

Your meals always look good. Especially the flatbreads. Are they a Madeline recipe? I don't have the cook books as I'm veggie and worry they're too meaty. Hope you enjoy!

For example in this meal veg wise I have brocolli, pak choi, sweet corn, tomatoes, carrot, courgette and red pepper. And I probably had about the same amount of veg at lunch? Too much? X
