Hi Glow guys and girls. What do you do when you get the munchies? I really struggle with snacking, sometimes I'm not even hungry it just habit. I destroyed a bag of rhubarb & custard sweets today and didn't really enjoy them.

Hey gorgeous!! This is so normal!! I love to try different herbal teas or even a vegetable juice. If I fancy something more substantial my almond balls do the trick!! Let me know how you get on xxx

I snack on nuts, rice cakes with nut butter or fruit.

Frozen banana or frozen grapes - but not sure if that's allowed. ☺️. Or a small scoop of coconut milk ice cream from waitrose!
