I always love a morning snack. Could I have a juice (fruit or veg) for a morning pick me up? I save my almond ball for my afternoon treat xx

Just made a mango orange ginger and spinach juice to take to work...bit of an odd colour but tastes good x

I made one yesterday morning. Kale, Apple, cucumber, ginger and cashew nuts topped up with water. Was really nice.

Juice would be great, try and keep it more vegetable based than fruit based so as to not spike your sugar levels! Let me know what you make xx

I got a blender and juicer all in one which will pulse my fruit to make fresh Oj etc

Definitely! I really like a green juice with spinach, avocado, apple, cucumber, lime & mint. A small glass makes a great snack x

Nutribullet is great, I often have a smoothie especially when j come back from the gym in the morning. Breakfast was ages ago so a smoothie keeps me going till lunch. I often use berries , some kale, cucumber, a little banana a little alpro coconut milk, water and vanilla sun warrior vanilla protein powder or choclate whey protein. Have what your body needs , everyone is different and having a juice or smoothie is a nutritious snack it's not like your gorging on chocolate bars every morning X X
