Was so tired from kids, study and a day at work that I just couldn't face waiting for food or following one more recipe!!! In desperation I threw a pizza in the oven but oh boy a few hours on am I paying for it - tummy hurts so bad!!!! 😩. Think I am losing my mo-glow a bit as I just don't feel enthusiasm to follow recipes.... Kids screaming at me for food with 101 things to do- it just feels stressful cooking with so many steps.

That is how I know I have food intolerances and yes I got tested for coeliac after I cut out and reintroduce but it's definitely the food intolerance.

Thanks everyone- will have to dig deep and keep going! Maybe try and find some of the quicker recipes while I feel like this. X

Being a mom is definite a challenge, and work and studying and it's amazing to stay alive. You've got this. (I am also in the same boat but add single to the mix...whoop! We can do it!)

Batch prep and freeze some portions at the weekend - stews, curries, cooked fish. Then it's just a case of remembering to defrost! 😀 hope this helps xxx

Cooking from scratch is habit forming. I worked a really stressful job before motherhood and I used to find cooking, even after a long day, really relaxing. It was the point when I turned off. I wasn't a mum yet at the time though and I wasn't studying as well! Go easy on yourself. Take every day as it comes.xx

Look at it differently--- The first time you ever made a pizza you had to read and follow the directions--- now you've done it so much you can warm up the pizza blindfolded----- I imagine that's how these recipes will be after the 8 weeks! 2nd nature---- you got this!!!
